This graph shows the percent of reported content which was removed by YouTube based on data collected by INACH, the International Network Against Cyberhate. INACH's 2018 report, "The State of Cyber Hate," found that YouTube's removal rate varied widely from month to month in 2017, reaching a maximum of roughly 90% in January and April and a minimum of roughly 22% in June. Overall, YouTube's removal rate trended slightly downward in 2017.
