The report shows that the total volume of potential dangerous counterfeit products traded amounted to almost USD 75 billion in 2019, slightly lower than in 2017 and 2018, when it amounted to USD 88.4 billion. In addition, the report mentions also that the trade in dangerous counterfeit goods represented a third of global trade in counterfeit goods in 2019.
